Lead Time
Any delivery times on this website are indicative and estimated only. The usual lead times for kink-knack products are the following:
Test kits: 2 weeks
Chastity belts: 12 weeks
Locking belts: 3 weeks
These times represent the production times and do not include the shipping. If the production of any product takes longer than indicated here, kink-knack will inform you about any delay. Please avoid inquiring kink-knack about the status of your order while your order remains within these expected lead times.
Shipping
Packages sent within Switzerland usually arrive within 2 business days. For packages sent outside Switzerland, their shipping time can vary between 5 to around 15 business days. Please note that the shipping times are outside of the control of kink-knack. While we will use reasonable endeavours to arrange delivery using the method indicated within the timeframe indicated, we will not be liable for any failure to meet any such delivery time. You will be deemed to accept delivery of any ordered products when it is delivered to the premises indicated in the order or to any alternative location reasonably determined by the delivery provider. Once the package is sent, it is in the responsibility of the carriers to deliver your package. Kink-knack does its best to provide all the necessary documents to ensure a smooth delivery, however beyond that kink-knack is not responsible for delays in the shipping. Note that while a simple check into the whereabouts of a package can be done by kink-knack, any further investigation usually carries a fee (by the carrier) which will be billed to the customer. Kink-knack is willing to assist in addressing shipping concerns, however these concerns will be considered at the discretion of kink-knack. Any additional shipping fees associated thereafter will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Import Tariffs & Tariff Codes
International shippings are subject to import tariffs. These tariffs vary between countries and are not included in the sales price of the products on this webshop. The tariffs are usually billed to the customer by the respective customs directly at delivery, pick-up, or via a bill some time after the delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the import tariffs of their country; kink-knack is not responsible for any additional fees that occur beyond the sales price (product + shipping). Kink-knack uses the product price as the “goods value” and uses the following declarations and HS-codes for international products:
Test kits: “Plastic housing” (HS 3926.90, applies to accessories out of plastic and decorative plastic parts)
Chastity belts: “custom decorative metal belt” (HS 7117.19.9000, applies to imitation jewellery out of non-precious metal)
Collar, wrist bands, ankle bands, thigh bands: “custom decorative metal jewellery” (HS 7117.19.9000)
Locking belts: “belt” (HS 6217.10.00, applies to clothing accessories such as normal belts)
Single cage/shield: “custom stainless steel housing” (HS 7326.90, applies to metal housings)
Import tariffs can vary between 10% – 25% or even higher, depending on where you live. You may use the provided HS-codes to check the tariff to avoid any surprise.

Carrier & Tracking
Kink-knack ships with Swiss Post, which then cooperates with local carriers in the destination country for the final delivery. All products except the test kits will be shipped with a tracking number which will be sent to the email address supplied at the time of ordering. Kink-knack cannot and will not be held accountable for any shipping or customs delays or undeliverable items after the package has been shipped and a tracking number provided. Should a package not arrive after a tracking number has been provided it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the associated shipping company in their country of residence.
