Return & Refunds
Due to the highly personalized and custom-made nature of our products, no right of withdrawal or return applies once production has started. Please note all purchases are final.
Kink-knack will not offer a refund simply because you changed your mind after purchase.
Please be sure that you select the correct size at time of purchase as NO refunds or exchanges are possible at a later date.
Minor size modifications may be carried out on your product at our discretion. Any associated costs will be explained in detail before any modifications are carried out. You will be required to agree, in writing, to any additional costs associated with modifications should you wish to go ahead.
Risk and title
Until you have made full payment for all products ordered from us, we retain title in those products.
Risk in those products will pass to you upon receipt of the products by the delivery service provider.
Warranty
Kink-knack will fix any faults or repairs due to welding malfunctions with 180 days of purchase. After this time kink-knack is not liable for any repairs.
Note the warranty is voided if any third party modifications have been made.
Kink-knack does not cover warranty on the locks provided.
Kink-knack does not cover day-to-day wear and tear, steel tarnishing and or scratching.
Kink-knack will replace any product that is faulty and we offer a 3 MONTH REPLACEMENT WARRANTY from the date you receive you product. If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
We do not have to provide you with a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however we always strive to keep our customers happy and satisfied.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you.
Terms
Kink-knack and their employees are in no way liable for damage to body, health or otherwise through improper use. Use of our products is at your own risk.
Kink-knack products are novelty products to be used by adults aged 18+ consensually.
Our products are not children’s toys and are not suitable for minors. We expressly remind you that giving our products to children and minors under 18 year of age is prohibited.
Kink-knack does not hold spare copies of keys for any locks and will not be liable for any replacements.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. No customer banking or delivery details are kept on file by kink-knack.
Hygiene and cleaning
We encourage daily cleaning of your kink-knack device if wearing everyday.
Good cleaning practices must be implemented for your health and safety.
Warm soapy water is recommended to keep odours away. If your suffer from dermatitis or any skin allergies, please check if the soap is recommended for your skin.
Do not use bleaches or other harsh chemicals as this can cause skin irritation and health problems.
Note: kink-knack devices are made from high quality stainless steel and can withstand high temperatures. Boiling water can be used to sterilize parts if needed.
Tax
For Swiss customers, VAT is included on the cost of your purchase on checkout. For international customers, the Swiss VAT is excluded on the cost of your purchase on checkout.
Kink-knack is not liable for any additional taxes which may be incurred when goods are imported to countries outside of Switzerland. Any additional expenses must be covered by the customer.
