This year I will be doing the Locktober challenge in the SecondSkin chastity belt! You can follow my progress here and on instagram @kink_knack, where each day I will be showing an activity in my hip/jockstrap-style belt. These activities may be challenging when wearing a full chastity belt, but my goal is to show that your everyday movements are not restricted when wearing the SecondSkin, so there is no excuse not to wear it ;).
Let’s get started, happy Locktober everybody!
Day 31: Unlocking
Congratulations to everybody who made it until the end 🙂 !
Day 30: Spanking
Do not let the belt get in the way in case you need access to your favorite body part for a spanking…
Day 29: Stairclimbing
No need to take the elevator because of troubles with climbing stairs. Either as an unavoidable “obstacle” or as part of a fitness activity, there is no worry that the cage or part of the belt chafes somewhere. You can nicely see how the hip belt has the flexibility to move together with the hip.
Day 28: Pick up
Need to pick up something from a low shelf or from the floor? You don’t need to adjust your movement for a pick up motion.
Day 27: Frog leaps
A classic outdoor exercise that is part of some fitness tracks. There is no risk that the squatting movement pinches or presses on something, the movement is completely unhindered.
Day 26: Stepping
You don’t need to be afraid that the cage chafes on the inside of the thighs when you do fast leg movements such as stepping.
Day 25: Stealth mode
The SecondSkin belt is so close to your body that it remains completely insivible under normal clothing. Even under only tight sport shorts. Did you notice that I wear the belt 😉 ?
Day 24: In-out squats
This is a fast squatting exercise with hip flexion, abduction and adduction. The belt is never disturbing in these movements.
Day 23: Shower cleaning
During my daily shower, I switch the shower head to the high pressure mode and rinse the cage thoroughly a couple of times. This is enough to keep everything clean, and everything dries thanks to the perforation. I have a weekly hygiene break to clean the whole belt, you can always have more cleaning breaks if needed.
Day 22: Toilet Nr. 2
In the jockstrap style, the crotch cables are split at the perineum before the anus. This means that toilet nr. 2 useage is normal and does not require a special routine.
Day 21: Toilet Nr. 1
The perforated tube allows for an easy toilet nr. 1 useage. Normally, the perforation is done with small holes to avoid sensitive skin getting pushed through the holes. But if you prefer, there is also the option of having larger holes at the tip of the tube for even better drainage.
Day 20: Side crunches
Side crunches are an exercise with lots of bending of the upper body. The flexiblity of the hip band will not come in the way of these movements.
Day 19: Swimming
I was lucky that there was a warm enough day in October to go for a quick swim in the cold lake! Swimming involves a lot of hip abduction and adduction, but these movements are not restricted by the belt.
Day 18: Taking a stroll in a swimsuit
The belt hugs your body so closely that it is completely invisible under a normal swim suit. You don’t need to be afraid that something looks strange if you are strolling around in your swimwear at a beach or lake.
Day 17: Single-leg bridge raise
This exercise combines hip extension and flexion when alternating the legs.
Day 16: Clam Sit-ups
Normally, lying on the back can also be uncomfortable because parts of the belt can press into the back. The back of the SecondSkin belt is completely flexible, so there are no rigid part that could cause pressure points, making even a few exercises on the back possible.
Day 15: Rowing
An exercise that requires sitting on a moving seat. While I sit on the crotch cables, I don’t feel them, even in this back-and-forth motion.
Day 14: Belly passes
Lying on the stomach can be tricky because of the locking mechanism of a belt, and because the cage gets pressed into the groin. Here, I show that doing a few exercises on the belly is possible, albeit admittedly not the most comfortable. But I am a stomach sleeper and on the softer mattress, lying on the belly for extended periods of time is not an issue.
Day 13: Cycling
While I wouldn’t recommend doing a triathlon cycling distance in the belt, leisure cycling is doable! The tube touches the front of the saddle but because the balls are free, there is no painful squashing, and sitting on the saddle itself feels comfortable.
Day 12: Putting on shoes
And of course the belt also allows you put on your shoes and tie the shoelaces ;).
Day 11: Putting on socks
A very basic task that most probably everybody does once in the morning: putting on socks! No matter your preferred way, the belt will certainly not be in your way.
Day 10: Crossing legs
If you like to cross your legs when sitting, I’m demonstrating today that you can still do this in the belt. Even to a “fully closed” crossed leg position. The cage does not hinder this movement, and – more importantly – the testicles are free enough to not get squashed ;).
Day 9: Sitting and leaning
The SecondSkin is comfortable for extended times of sitting and leaning. This is because of its unique design. In the back, the flexible wires always leave the sacrum free, a common pressure point when leaning. And in the jockstrap style, the wires are guided around the coccyx which otherwise can cause pain when sitting. Don’t afraid, you don’t feel the wires!
Day 8: Balasana yoga pose
This yoga pose involves a complete fold of the hip while kneeling. The belt is flexible enough to allow this movement, but also so compact that everything fits into the tight space between the knees comfortably.
Day 7: Warrior 2 yoga pose
The warrior 2 yoga pose involves a twisting movement of the hips from a bending to a straight position.
Day 6: Shibari
If you are wondering if you still can get tied with rope while in the belt, the answer is yes! Except for probably a hip harness, the belt should not hinder you to explore your favorite tying positions.
Day 5: Seiza to cross-legged seat
Today I show a transition from seiza, to breaking the seiza, into the cross-legged seat, and then going back to seiza via the other side. Even while kneeling, the cage is not uncomfortable between the legs. Especially when breaking the seiza, there is lots of tilting hip movements going on where you can see the hip bands move.
Day 4: Tuck jump
The tuck jump is a dynamic exercise with quick hip bending movements while airborne.
Day 3: Parighasana yoga pose
Tilting hip movements are no problem in the belt. This is my attempt at a parighasana yoga pose. If you look closely, you can see both sides of the hip belt independently rotating around the locking bolts to allow the movement. I stop the stretch because of my flexibility, not because of the belt ;).
Day 2: Plank-to-toe-taps
An exercise with lots of hip movement: the plank-to-(almost)-toe-tap. Bending at the hip level can be a difficult task with a full belt, both because of the usual movement restriction around the hip and because the cage gets pushed between the legs. The slim cage design and overall flexibility of the belt make it so that this movement is easily possible.
Day 1: Lunges
I usually do exercises in the morning. It is important to me that sport activities are still possible in the belt to keep in shape. My home routine includes a variety of exercises and today I show you how I do lunges.
